User Comments

I have had one for a few years and really like it. I think the biggest mistakes I made were putting it where it could take pictures a long way off. It is very sensitive and will take lots of pictures but I now locate it so the deer are 5-10 feet away and the pictures are much better. At first all I wanted were pictures and now I want close up, quality pictures. Another thing is not to locate it near a food source if you have squirrels in the area, since they will run off a roll of film in an hour or so. You will be pleased with your Buckshot 35, it is almost as much fun as hunting. Shuteye.

I bought a Buckshot 35 in February 2000. After going through two cameras (they kept shooting through a roll of film lickety-split), Foresite replaced the housing and camera with a new model. That camera failed to load film properly and was replaced with a camera that would not print the date/time and then wouldn't shoot at all unless I pressed the shutter button by hand. I sent it back to BassPro and they are working with me to replace the camera. They do not carry the BuckShot models any more...wonder how many they've had returned! - Holly B.
