Tried this one out and ended up leaving it in the truck. I suppose if you want shock gobbles, any loud noise will do, so with that in mind, this call works. But so does slamming the truck door.
With a twist of the mouthpiece, you can select owl, coyote, or woodpecker sounds. However, neither the owl nor the coyote sounded like anything I ever heard in the woods. The woodpecker was kind of realistic, and loud enough to elicit a gobble.
For the size of this call, unless you like carrying a full pack on every hunt, it's just not worth it.
