I have hunteed with Willoughby once and he runs a top notch operation. He put our group on hogs right off the bat. I usually hunt with Frank (Mustang Guide Service), but wanted to try Tom's service. He's a great guide with some nice property. Him and his son worked hard all day long for our group....
