Sure Shot Mode is an option designed to estimate the speed of the animal in front of the motion sensor and determine if will be in the photograph. For instance, if it is moving too quickly to be in the photo (such as a running deer, squirrel, bird, etc.) it will not trigger the camera. Only a stationary animal or an animal moving very slowly will trigger the camera. This optional mode works great over a feeder and eliminates many undesirable photos saving film and development costs. It is not recommended for most trail situations unless your monitoring scrapes. Yes | Price you paid?: $634.00 | Rating: 10    Pros: Clear pictures and less expensive to operate than 35 mm. Cons: None. I loved their 35mm and this camera set up is even better. I no longer have to print out shots to see what I have. Now only the big bucks get printed and I can simply drop in chip and its ready to go again. This designer is way ahead of the competition on almost all attributes of this camera. Camo color is great, disappears on the tree, also has great locking system, to help prevent theft. Yes | Price you paid?: Not Indicated | Rating: 10    Pros: very reliable, great pictures Cons: none I just got a TrailMAC digital this year after using their 35 mm cameras for about two years. I love it! Digital is the way to go, you see your pictures instantly, no more waiting at the 1 hour film counter. This camera is easy to use and takes great pictures (very good flash distance). I hope to buy another one before hunting season.
