Pros:	Exclusive access to thousands of acres of land loaded with pheasant, NO other hunters, have access to house, truck, mule cart...bird cleaning in town. Owner leaves you alone the whole time! The list goes on...
Cons:	80 mile drive to airport, but it's worth it!!!

Fly into Aberdeen, it's about 1 hr 5mins Southwest in town called Faulkton. You have exclusive access to THOUSANDS of acres that are completely LOADED with wild pheasant. House sleeps 10 easy! Owner is very genuine, leaves a F250 and a Mule for access around the land. You are GURANTEED to get your limit! I've never walked food plots or dried river beds and jumped hundreds and at times a thousand pheasant! We did not see another hunter the entire 5 days there!!!! THe house is 2 stories about 2000-3000 sq ft. Very clean. No bunk beds. It's AWESOME! You will be sitting there watching tv and out the window are pheasant running around EVERYWHERE!!! Don't even need a dog...just some blockers, which you probably don't need either. Jerry Vogler is the operater and is a gentleman.
