The first thing I noticed was the poorly created instruction manual. This looked like someone created it on their home computer (with no spell check or grammer check) and made copies on a cheap copy machine. While setting up the camera, could not get the delay time to work. Called the support number listed in the manual only to find that it was no longer in service. Purchased the camera through Dick's Sporting Goods so I contacted their customer service to see if they had a support number for them. After a couple days of research they came up with a number. This number was answered by a person about 1 out of 4 times. The other times an automated answering device picked up but never routed your call to the spoken options. When I did talk to a person, it seemed as though they only had one person doing support for this product. That person was rarely available and did not seem overly knowledgable about the product. Of the many messages I left to be contacted by that person only one was ever returned. Never did get to the point of figuring out if this one camera was defective or all of them functioned this way. All and all I would stay away from this product mainly due to lack of support and their poor documentation. When they do answer the phone, they answer as Atlantis Products. This company has underwater photography equipment. I would avoid that also based on their product support record.
