Description:

We offer quality Wild Boar hunting for the beginner hunter as well as the seasoned veteran. The ranch is located only one hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Sacramento, Ca. We pride ourselves in providing a truly great wild boar experience. Excellent hunting, beautiful scenery, fun camaraderie, and short drive, are just a few of the benefits you’ll find at Hoss Hog Hunting Adventures.

How We Hunt

We hunt primarily out of tree stands. Other accommodations available upon request.

About the Ranch

Ranch Amenities:
Bunk houses with mattresses
Archery and rifle range
Horse shoe pit
Fire and barbeque pits
Safe, high quality tree stands

Rifle - Includes First Animal -$550 up front

Archery - Includes First Animal - $450 up front

Extra Animal -$300 / each

Guest - $100 / each

Skin and/or Clean (optional) - $30

No “trophy” fee. We encourage you to shoot a monster hog.

Group discounts available (6 or more).

Hunters should arrive at the ranch at noon on Friday and checkout around noon on Sunday.

Weekday hunts available upon request.

Pros:	super friendly guides and tons of pigs.
Cons:

my buddy and i went up to hoss hog about a month ago and had the hunt of a life time. i filmed my partner shooting a 200+ pound boar! we booked again and my buddy shot a nice ram and a 190 lb bore. the guides mike and tony are super friendly, there just a couple good old guys who live to hunt. hanging out in camp with those guys was just as fun as sittn in the stand. we saw about 20 hogs the first night out and the next morning was about the same and thats when we managed to take the first pig. the second hunt went even better with us tagging the pig on the 1st night. we stayed the next night just to hang out with mike and tony and to see the ranch. this was my first time out on a guided pig hunt and i'de do it every weekend if i could.

Pros:	Tony and Mike are great! Quantity and Quality of Hogs is excellent
Cons:	I had to leave!!!!

Took my first Big Game Bow kill and it was a nice 200 lb boar! Saw lots of hogs and had multiple opportunities! Being with the guides was like hanging out with your long time hunting buddies. Tree stand hunting is a great way to view animals undetected. Worth ever penny!
