Was abe to reserve land to hunt...Affiliated with HSP so you can hunt their land as well (for a daily rate)

Poor land management (over hunted) and extremely poor communications from club owner

I was a member of this club for one year. After joining and obtaining my initial package I received NO correspondence from the club whatsoever. Promises were made of harvest reports, and new maps of property being acquired. None of these ever came through.
I hunted several properties for deer and all show little to no sign of a good active deer population. It is my opinion that this is due to over hunting.
Once I decide to cancel my membership with the club I called numerous times leaving messages (12+) and sent several emails. Never did I get a response from the owner. The only way I knew that my membership was canceled was that my bank statement showed no charge.
Poor customer service.
