KICK'S GOBBLIN' THUNDER TURKEY CHOKE
The world's most well known turkey choke. "Gobblin Thunder" turkey chokes are the original extended-ported chokes that sets the bar for every other choke tube on the market. Kick's chokes are manufactured from the highest quality 17-4PH stainless steel and have a matte-black finish. "Gobblin Thunder" chokes extend from the barrel approximately 1 3/8" and are angle ported to reduce recoil and deliver extremely tight and consistent patter performance. These chokes easily converts most 10, 12, 16 and 20ga. factory threaded barrels from a mild mannered bird gun into a turkey hunting specialist.
A tighter constriction (the smaller number) is better for #6 shot and the more open choke (the larger number) is better for #4s. However, you must be careful not to over constrict which will result in a blown pattern at greater distances 35 to 40 yards plus. Always, remember larger shot, heavier loads and longer distances require less constriction for optimum patterning.
"Gobblin Thunder" chokes are not recommended for steel shot or hevi-shot. LEAD SHOT ONLY!
