SOME OTHER NOTES: This camera was introduced in May of 2002. One major problem that has been reported so far is the camera DOES NOT have a glass cover over the camera. The housing is wide open to let bugs or water in. If you do try and glue in a piece of glass to seal the unit be aware that the flash may bleed into the shutter if you use one piece of glass. We recommend you use two pieces of glass and seperate them with something dark in color so the flash will not bleed.

Pros: cheap
Cons: Very unreliable, poor design

I have had several people asking me if I can fix their cam for them. It always turns out to be one of these cams. Sometimes its the camera itself, sometimes its the PIR, other times its other components on the boards. Its not weatherproof at all. Moisture of the smallest amount wreaks havoc on these units. I don't know anyone who has one of these who after a couple months aren't cussing the day they bought it.

Pros: never got it to work
Cons: never got it to work

This was the first camera I owned. Much like the stealth cam, never could get it to rewind film. It does however make an excellent elevated ant house. If you buy one you really need to enclose the front of it.
