Bisquettes are manufactured from premium wood to produce a slow, low-temperature burn. Emparts a pleasing wood flavor to sausage, jerky, bacon, ham, poultry, cheese, etc. Use 3 to 4 bisquettes per average load of product.
Alder, apple, hickory, maple, cherry and mesquite wood available.
