The Stainless Steel Bradley Smoker burns patented flavor Bisquettes (rendered from the finest hardwoods and fruitwoods available) which feed automatically through the Bradley Smoke Generator. And in addtion to hot smoking, the independent Bradley Smoke Generator will provide a slow, low temperature burn required for a true cold smoke. Bradley Bisquettes are sold separately.
