Yes | Price you paid?: Not Indicated | Rating: 8    Pros: Good pics, easy to set up. Cons: Big case, battery changes take some time We used the new Moultrie Gamespy 200 on our farm for the 2006 bow and gun season in Missouri. The cam was easy to set up and we had it in the field in no time. The pics have good color with good detail and almost all the pics had deer centered in the frame on the trail we monitored. We have the camera facing a creek crossing with the cam shooting diagonnally across the creek and not 90 degrees across since the Moultrie takes a few seconds to wake up and fire. We used regular bungeee cords to mount the cam and they worked good, allowing us to check the memory card by just opening the front door. With the camera out only 2 weeks now we can't report on battery life yet. The battery can be a pain to change since you have to attach the alligator clips to the battery springs and then tuck the whole wad back into the compartment withouth knocking the clips off and making it fit into the space there is. Once you get it arranged right just make sure you attach the clips the same way next time or you'll have to fiddle with it to make the clips fit as you slide the batter back into the housing. The size of the cam is big compared to a Leaf River or Cuddeback so they tend to stick out from the tree unless you have a big tree trunk to mount it to. The external display window is handy for not having to open up the case to see what the cam is set at. When I walked up I could see the cam was taking my pic which told me it was working, something I like to check as I service cams. Flash range was good out to 30 feet where we had the cam set up. Trigger time was about 2 to 3 seconds and we didn't have any cut off deer because of the way we aimed the camera on the creek crossing. We used Dana Elec and Kingston 128mb and 256mb SD cards in our unit. No problems viewing the pics using a SanDisk SDV2-A viewer. The operation instructions were easy to read and follow. We had the time and date set real fast and out on the tree in about 10 minutes.
