Detection Method: Passive infrared motion detector which is designed to detect heat in motion within a conical area. The ± 4 degree cone-shaped detection zone extends to 60 feet (maximum detection distances vary with ambient air temperature and animal size). Generally speaking, the cooler the air the greater the detection distance (this characteristic is true for all passive/motion sensors).

Film Check Observation Window: No, digital pic number on camera, you have to open case to view this number. 7point says he cut a hole in the top of the camera housing and put in a glass window.
