For the past 10 years, the record books have been dominated by animals from the Southwestern United States. The premier species in Arizona is the Elk. Huge bulls are taken here every year. But Elk are not the only species that are enjoying celebrity status. Pronghorn Antelope, Coues Deer, Mule Deer and Desert Bighorn Sheep have gotten the attention of serious hunters.
