There are some unique animals to hunt here also. If a Javelina is on your wish list, you have only three places in the U.S. to hunt them, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.

For the past 10 years, the record books have been dominated by animals from the Southwestern United States. The premier species in Arizona is the Elk. Huge bulls are taken here every year. But Elk are not the only species that are enjoying celebrity status. Pronghorn Antelope, Coues Deer, Mule Deer and Desert Bighorn Sheep have gotten the attention of serious hunters.
