Outfitter claims 100 Birds Annually - During 2004 Spring Seson - I know of 13 hunters who did not harvest birds

Again, Outfitter claims 100 Birds Annually this is not true. He also claims to be located on Kings Ranch which he is not. The area hunted is less than 100 acres - fenced everywhere you look. He has about 10 blinds and merely rotatets clients from blind to blind. You are not allowed to move around at all. He made us sign a contract three pages long immediately after breakfast and before going out on the first day hunt (no time to review details). Lodging was poor (six adults double bunked - small room). Food was acceptable but limited in quanity by comments from outfitter. During our stay we saw thirteen hunters come and go without seeing one long beard and heard two hunters were fined ($400) for taking Jacks contrary to contract. Do not recommend this Outfitter nor company AKA Texas Land & Ranches.
