I landed a nice Pike yesterday in a small creek, just north of up....
It took 20 minutes to bring it in!
I took it to town and had some pic's taken of it and measured it out at 39 inches and at 19 pounds...
It's going to be a wall hanger, for sure..Taking it to the Taxidermy this morning.....

That must of been a riot! Sounds like the fish was well fed. Any pic's to share?
Now to wait to get it back........

Third week of July, will be in NW Wisconsin chasing Muskies.
Always get enough walleye, smallmouths, northerns, and panfish for a big fish fry while we're there.
Have some big streamers to try fly fishing this year. Will try some of my favorite northerns spots first before chasing the muskies.
Congrats again. Love them toothy critters.

Don't you just love how all the river pike and muskies are so fat. 39 and 19 it must have been a riot on the river. Congradulations and we can't wait to see pictures.
