anyone checked these out? I don't think your gonna kill anything with a plastic BB but these things look like they'd be a blast for plinking. They make them to look like real-life famous firearms, I'd love to have an AR-15 one since I've always wanted one but the real thing costs too much. I'd love to buy one of the fully automatic ones, but the only thing that's keeping me is the price. Is it really worth $300 to buy a plinking gun only? I don't know if I'd ever get involved in the games they'd play with em, what do you guys think? I won't be buying until I get a new job, but I'd like to think about it for a while. The fully auto ones cost upwards of $300, and I don't know if I'd want to spend that much on a plinking gun. Maybe just buy an $80 springer for that kinda stuff?

You can paintball with those their OOWESOME! But you can buy a tipman for less than 300 dollars. But i wouldn't spend 300 dollars on a plinking gun.

I think I'll just buy the springer I was looking at originally once I get the money, then if I get into playing the games with em later and I enjoy it enough I'll spring for one of the AEG's.

My kids use airsoft guns to have wars in the neighborhood. They have to wear safety glasses, they run around and have a ball. they sting a little if you just have a tee shirt on. They can practice in the backyard their paintball skills when they are not at the paintball course.

I have an airsoft gun that is like an M4. It is 3" shorter then the real M4! It is pretty neat to play with. I use to shoot it around inside and the cats would chase the pellets when they heard it bouncing off the walls! Was alot of fun.
