The owner is guilty for not having for not having their firearms locked down in Fort Knox--sentence him to 5 years for tempting thieves by owning something!
...ain't their something wrong with that picture? Even thieves can wheel even a 1,000 lb safe out of apt or house....having something stolen is bad enough as it is.
It's like telling an overweight person that they should loose some weight...but, don't you think they already know that?
