any good hunting around Tehama?

Has anyone hunted on public property around Tehama? I was thinking about giving it a try since everything else is over and goose is coming to an end.

There used to be, but has fallen off in recent years. The dfg hunts were getting lower results and Dye creek stopped doing pig hunts for at least a year, although I hear they may be starting up again. Our deer hunting group shot 3 a few years ago after the fire, they were all spread out. Haven't seen any sign since.

Well thanks for the info . Not too encouraging but maybe I'll give it a try any way. Maybe we will get lucky
