Great pictures of the bulls.... I have put in for a bull tag in California for about 10 years now. Never have got drawn. Maybe next year.......

DF&G for elk tags for almost 25 years. I haven't gotten drawn in all that time. I put in for elk tags in 5 or 6 states every year and am usually lucky enough to draw in one of them. Not Kalifornia though, nope, huh-a.
