    That is a nice crappie.

    I haven't been to the Snake in several years and had kind of forgot about it. But one day I will make the long trip.

    I can't think of a better fresh water fish that crappie. I'd love to sit down to a platter full of 'em right now.

    It's been a great crappie year on Brownlee. Huge population of fish from the spawn of 06 running about 10". I filleted 8,485 crappie this year for clients. Not all of them want their fish cleaned so my boat probably brought in around 10,000. Look me up when you get out here and I'll help you get on them. Should be a real nice grade of fish next year!
