Leon needs a large work detail to repair the pheasant pens at Gibson Tool on Rutherford Rd in Brawley. Time is 0700 hrs till 1200 hrs on Sunday April 4, 2004.

Leon advised that a predator hunting group from San Diego came to Imperial County and bagged several coyotes. There are still a lot of coyotes that need attention. Leon can direct you to the right spots.

The order of 5,000 rooster pheasant will arrive the first of May. Leon is currently working the habitat fields and seeing quail and pheasant pairs. He lost 5 fields and gained 5 new fields.

He indicated that he is going to contact DFG to gain approval to raise and release quail in Niland area. He will advise.

I'll see if I can make it again, but my wife is working 16/7 these last few weeks.
Any interest in getting down there Saturday evening for a shot at a few 'yotes??
