Well the last week was the spring season down here at the Savannah wildlife refuge. I got to hunt 3 days, did river assults each time instead of hitting the area we hunt during bow season as everyone goes there for the gun season.
Well it was a VERY disappointing season. I saw a possible hog this morning, everyone else saw zilch! Nadda! Nothing!
It was fun none the less, at least the water levels were much better this year, last year it was waist deep almost everywhere. Did get wet thought.

Tell ya what MI. I'm going to raise so pigs this year. I'll let one go in my woods and you cna hunt him down if it will make ya feel better.

Make sure it's been fixed! Down here people decided to do that, release some to hunt, well.... They reproduce so fast and so much that they overrun your property and will destroy your food plots and screw the deer over. Would not want to be blamened for ruining your hunting area!
THey have no real season down here if you have private property. If you hunt public then you have to wait till they open for deer! Oh yeah and no limits either.

Your right I have had a lot of fun spending hours out in the bush. Wish it was easier to find places to hunt.
