Bought a used ruger no.1 chambered for .223 standard barrel. Shot three different brands of ammo at 100 yards. (Three, three shot groups)
Rem umc 55gr fmj: 1.4"
Rem V-max 50 gr.: .9"
Black hills 52gr. match: .3"!!!!!!! Smallest group, .27 largest .34
( and I was going to handload for this cartridge!?!?)
