Sutter NWR - closed until further notice.
Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area - closed until further notice.

Colusa NWR - open with a reduced quota. (44 on the east, 20 on the west and the disabled parking lot is closed)
Delevan NWR - open with a reduced quota. Blinds 13D through 18 are closed. The free roam quota is 54.
