Only one now a M-375 Marlin. Hopefully I'll be able to add an old Marlin 336A with the 24" barrel and 2/3 mag. I'd also like to get one of those new 336CC in Mossy Oak camo. I've got more deer rifles than deer shot so I can't make it happen any time soon.![]()

Winchester Model 94 30-30. My dad gave it to me for our first deer hunting trip together in 1956. Almost brand new except for a deep scratch on the barrel from that first or second trip.

Hey gents,
New lever fanatic here. Got two Marlins, one a 1964 336 SC in 30-30, and the other an 1894 CL in 32-20. Cool gun. Both just toys, since I hunt deer with Remington bolt guns, but eventually I'll carry the 30-30. Just feels too good in the hand...

Marlin 336c in .35 Rem, Browning BL-22, and a Winchester 1894 in .30-30 that dates back to the turn of the century(1899 I believe). Still saving up to add a Guide Gun in 45/70 and looking for a Savage 99 in .300Savage.

None for the time being, thinking of buying A winchester 3030 for the wife.
I've never shot one and I'm hopping it won't make her gun shy {don't know
if it will have too much kick for her}. Should I go with A .243? She is 5ft.
tall and pretty petite.
Winchester '94 in 30-30, another '94 trapper model in .357, and a Browning BL-22.

Clutchkiller, welcome to JHO. If you think she might get gunshy from a 30-30 try a Savage 99 in 300 or 303 Sav, they don't kick much. If you get up around Bakersfield Ca let me know & I'll let you shoot 1 & see if she would like it.
Clutchkiller, I had my ten year old daughter shooting my 336 in 30-30 this year and she had no problems. Your wife will love 'her' new 30-30...

I have an older Marlin 336 SC in 30-30. Great shape and an accurate shooter with iron sights. Bought if off a friend years back for $250.00. He just needed some cash. Those lever actions are just a classic must have.........![]()
Thanks for the fast replies guys.
It looks like my wife will be getting a new .30-30 soon. If she dose not
like it I think I know some one who will.
Let's see here. I've got my old pre-64 Winchester M94 in .30-.30 from when I was a boy (50+ yrs ago), a Marlin 1894S in .41Magnum, a Marlin 1894CCL in .41Magnum, a Marlin 1895LTDV in .45-70, and a Marlin 1895SS I guess it is, for conversion to .50 Alaskan, and a Browning M71 carbine in .348Winchester. Plan on adding the Marlin 1894FG in .41Magnum any day soon. :big grin santa hat:

Hey JoeMack,
Are you sending that 1895SS to Wild West guns for conversion to .50 Alaskan?
Man, I've been drooling over their Alaskan Guide Gun ever since I held one at the SHOT show last year. What a SWEET setup!
