We have found a Sharptail Lek (breeding/dancing ground) on our Eastern Montana ranch. I am looking for some ideas to set up a blind for viewing this in the spring, and habitat enhancements to insure its longevity.

If anyone has experience constructing such a blind, or has seen anything thing like this, I would appreciate some input.
Some questions I have:
Size and type of blind to use?
Distance and direction from Lek?
Should habitat work be directed to the Lek or to the general population?
(Among several others)
