Mattie is my Brittany tri-colored female. She is the grand daughter of my retired 13 year old. This will be her first year on real birds. She is a little stubborn when it comes to a full retrive but we are working on that problem. She is from the old KC Bandee line.
In my next life I hope to be rich instead of so good looking!

Hello,my name is John Winter(alias HolyLandPink).I hunt woodpigeon, roost shooting and decoying. In the winter months wildfowling,The main quarry being wild geese and ducks.I have a five year old curly coated retriever named bob. After an unpromising start, bob's developed over the years into a fine gundog. Deer stalking was once a great passion of mine, but these days i leave that particular activity to the younger huntsman. Oh, one last thing, i am from England, hope you Americans don't mind an englishman joining in with your chat.[quote]Genius does what it must, and talent does what it can.][/i]

Jaeger is 2-1/2 years old now and weighs 62 lbs. He's our first GSP, what a great dog. We take him hiking, road trips and when he's not stuck in LA with us, hunting birds. This last season we hunted valley quail and chukar in the high desert and pheasant in Imperial Valley. We'll keep training in the off season at Prado, don't want to spoil our hunting dog too much!
Here is Lex at 1 year and a month. After our move to Florida, and I started my biz, I gave Lex to dad. Dad is unemployed and single. Lex hits the dog park twice a day. Much more than I could offer at this stage in the game. Dad has made friends with hunters in Ohio who offered to bird train him for free. My dad does not hunt, but plans on tagging along to watch Lex work. We still get visitations. He comes down about three weeks/year, and we visit him once a year. Noah always looks forward to Lex's visits. Here is a recent photo.

Hello all,
I am the latest FNG to JHO forums, my name is Doug, I have a GSP named "Baron und Yeager Meister" he is 1.7 years old, great temperment, birdy, easy to train, points well, good nose, holds to the flush, and is a natural retriever. I have not finished or started the title process yet with this young "Sky Walker", but the force is strong with this one, and I defintely want to see how well he'll do in competition.
My first gun dog was a Vizsla, she was a real pleasure and a great hunter.
I've tried to upload a pic but, I must not be doing something correct, it keeps telling me:
"The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments."
I have the pic set to 640x840
Any help would be appreciated.

There is info on how to post your pics pinned to the top every forum here. You need to cut your file size down, 150k is the max. With your pic being 640 x 800 it's probably too big. Try resizing it to 640 x 480 or smaller.

.jpg images are about 1/4 the size of a comparable .bmp images[/b]
Rodger that, heres another pic

HAPPY HUNTING & Great Success
Been living in LA for the last 8 years but I can't actually bring myself to say I'm from here. My pup's a year old Chessy named Canton. She's worked hard over the last year and I think she's going to do well in both upland and waterfowl. I know she's psyched. She nearly does backflips just seeing the gun, let alone a bird or dummy. That's her at 6 months as my picture.
I have been poking around this site for a couple of years I guess its time to introduce myself. My name is rob. I have a year and a half old vizsla named ruger. I love to hunt all upland birds. chuckar are probably my favorite. ruger is starting off great. I entered him in a nstra amatuer field trial and took 1 st place. It was his and my first field trial, and hope to do more.
