AB 342 Amended

AB 342 has been met with far too much opposition and has been amended to prohibit the pursuit of black bear and bobcat.

This is clearly a case of incrementalism at work and does nothing to change the ultimate goal of the HSUS...only their strategy has changed.

We must oppose this amended bill as fervently as we opposed the original version!

That's right; it's much easier to argue that they are only trying to protect those sweet, cuddly teddy bears and kitty cats. They can always anthropomorphize Piglet and Rocky Racoon later.

Maybe somebody could introduce a bill specifically authorizing the use of hounds in hunting AR-whackos.

the author of the Bill bit off a little more then they could swallow, hence the fact he spit most of it out, to only chew what they "beleive" can be swallowed. We Must show them they we hunters and not to ever be eaten...period!


Truely this is a time ALL HUNTERS must unite. even those without dogs, for they will simply be next. They will never stop and therefore we must never stop, we MUST ALL come together as one to defend each every CITIZENS methods of hunt.

I've never run Bear with dogs, but damn if they are not attacking every one of us. we all carry the same licenses and it is every method of the Hunt UNDER this license we must protect and defend.
