APPLICANTS SOUGHT FOR WILDLIFE ADVISORY BOARD
NV DOW
Clark County is looking for citizens interested in wildlife and is currently taking applications for the Clark County Advisory Board to Manage Wildlife (CCABMW).
Board members solicit and evaluate local opinion on matters relating to the management of wildlife in Clark County. The board then carries those opinions forward in an advisory capacity to the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners.
To qualify for the appointment, the individual must be a Clark County resident and a sportsman or engaged in ranching or farming in the county. The CCABMW usually meets once monthly during evening hours. The term of office for the appointment will last until July 1, 2006.
Qualified residents can call Clark County Administrative Services at 455-3530 to receive an application. An application can also be downloaded from Clark County’s website at http://www.co.clark.nv.us. Applications should be received by February 18, 2003. Call 455-8178 for more information.
