2002 FISHING, HUNTING LICENSES STILL VALID

The Nevada Division of Wildlife (NDOW) is reminding hunters and anglers that the 2002 hunting and fishing licenses are still valid and will not expire until Feb. 28.

“Hunting and fishing licenses are not issued on a calendar year, but run from March 1 through the end of February,” said Kathy Teligades, NDOW licenses office supervisor. “Licenses for 2003 will be available for sale by mid February and may then be purchased at most sporting goods stores, bait and tackle shops and Division of Wildlife offices.”
