The North Dakota Game and Fish Department and WATERS, a private contractor, are planning winter creel surveys on Brewer Lake in Cass County and Mount Carmel Dam in Cavalier County in an effort to assess angler effort and harvest, as well as angler opinions. Game and Fish is planning the surveys on several lakes throughout the state this winter.
