    Default Bear size teaser????

I have found the bear I am going to hunt this year. I live about a half mile from the National Forest and I know where it is hanging out. I need to get a bear proof trash can. He is big.
The first picture is to see just how good some of us are at judging size. This picture does not show some of his head on purpose.
Let me know your size estimates. I will add more pictures for comparison just to keep you interested.

We will get to something that you can compare it to since this is at my house. I really need to get a bear proof trash can.

This picture is one of him checking out my camera. I measured a few things for perspective. My trail camera is mounted 20 inches high and the area around it is flat. So you are looking at the bottom of his chest at 20 inches.

If his front legs are 20" long then he's a hog!
    Have fun out there.

    He is a hog!!

My trash can is 22" high. Also, that orange juice box just behind his paw is 4.5" long. His head and neck are massive.

Those paws have got to be at least 6 to 7" wide, and look at those razor blades attached. Yikes!
    Have fun out there.

Yeah he is big. Here is another to get a better view of his head and neck and also the size of his body. Man he will make a nice rug.

I would say 350-400. Our buddy got a 500 lb boar a couple years ago an it was huge but this one is pushing to be a big boy!!! How wide is the trash can? it looks to be on its side?

    Yogilicious!
Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and force. Force has no place as a valid method of social interaction, and the only thing that removes force from the menu is the personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.

The U.S. city with the most restrictive gun laws in the nation, Washington, D.C., has the highest murder rate at 24 per 100,000. The state with the most unrestrictive gun regulations, Vermont, has the lowest murder rate at 0.48 per 100,000.
