Default 1st kill with Black Betty, big fat squeak

Had to really glass a long time to find a hill with some vermin. Dumped this fatty at 63 yds, he was laying below his burrow in the dirt below the green bush in middle of pic. Not really a big exit hole with these CCI tnt .17s. He was facing away n uphill from me and entry was right back n out behind left shoulder. His neighbor ran over to claim his condo n i think i winged him. He bellycrawled off n i couldnt find him. Cold n windy, not many out till late when sun popped out. Missed a 3rd one about 110 yds out on ridge, shot right betweenst his ears.

Boy done mad me mad, missed him twice in high yellow grass as he fed with a covey of valley quail. i knew he'd get up on a tree or stump to laugh at my lousy shooting n he paid dearly. Quail tracks from his quail shield he was using.
