OHV access in Cleveland NF

My boss is looking into some deer and pig hunting in cleveland national forest area. He is in a wheelchair and has extremely limited use of his legs. He can however ride a quad and would like to know what roads are open to green sticker use in that area. He has called the ranger districts with no luck, they just don't know or don't care?

Link to a map would be awesome.
