•  Harvest season for shallow-water grouper in South Florida’s Atlantic waters and the Keys reopens Tuesday after a four-month annual closure. Anglers may take gag, black red, yellowmouth, yellowfin and tiger grouper, as well as scamp; red hind; rock hind; coney; and graysby. Recreational anglers may take no more than three grouper per person per day. Of those, only one can be a gag or a black, not both. Charter captains and crews are not included in the recreational bag limit. Anglers are required to use a de-hooker when handling reef fish. The season will remain open until Jan. 1, 2013.
