Default Who is this? Win a set of Turkey ear feather ear rings.

I have a plethora of turkey ear rings to give away after our hunt (http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/...and-FOUR-Lions) so the question is, whose pictures are these?

    Who2.jpg

I’ll not give the correct answer for 48 hrs and depending on how many people get it right, I’ll mail all the winners a set of turkey feather ear rings for their favorite lady - or man if that is the way you go – remember, I’m in LALA land so all bets are off as to gender issues. If too many people get it right, I reserve the right to put up a "tie breaker". And Jesse, I'll send you whatever you want but since you are such avid baseball fan, I'm disqualifying you. I like that, I'm "disqualifying the boss"....

    Default A Hint for you

OK, I see this is tougher than I thought. I figured you baseball fans and esp. anyone who likes the Cubs would nail this right away.

Hint: This picture was taken in his home on Catalina Island.

Ok I'm changing my answer to William Wrigley Jr. of chewing gum fame and owner of the Chicago Cubs baseball team. Although the hint says the picture being taken at his home in Catalina Island, and Wrigley was born in Philadelphia and bought interest in Catalina Island at age 60. It is most likely the pic was not taken in Catalina, but that chin still look similar on the baby pic and at about age 45. So William Wrigley it is.

    Default THE ANSWER IS

It is a photograph of a William Wrigley. Now it gets "complex". The original William Wrigley who bought Catalina was actually named William Wrigley Jr. The picture is of William Wrigley III, his grandson, commonly know as Billy taken at Casa del Monte on Catalina in 1935. The current CEO of the Wrigley businesses is commonly called William Wrigley Jr but his real name is William Wrigley Jr, II. It is not a picture of him.

Anyone who guessed Wrigley "wins" So dtj6ppc, Live2hunt and Dustin ray send me a pm with your address and I'll send along a set of ear rings. They come in small (about 1"), medium (about 2") and large (about 3"). The larger ones tend to me more brilliant due to the feathers but the smaller ones have gorgeous multicolor sheen so it is your call as to what you want.

    Andy
