Been fishing since 6 am, slow bite right now, hooked a 1 lb. Mt. Lassen trout On my g-looomis, just a baby, but it will be tasty! Well I stopped fishing at 11am, no more bites but had a good relaxing time away from the rat race and as always it beats work.

Two highlights of my day at the lake was 2 guys lunch their boat and forgot to put the boat plugs in and the boat started sinking and had to rush to pull the boat out of the water, yikes what drama.....
For the first time I saw d pellican and is of one of those Chinese diving birds both attack an osprey and forced it to drop its trout it just snagged and gobbled it up.
