    A good friend of mine has 162 acres with a nice 2 bed 2 bath 1000sq ft fully furnished cabin in Benton, ca 425 Clark ranch road, has large work shop also. He said the Quail are thick around his property, he said there are 2 under ground springs. Just thought i would throw this out there to help him out. Asking price $399,000.00
