What is your favorite pre spawn lure and how do you use it?
Mine is a creature bait! Hopped real slow, 1 to3 hops and long 10 to 15 sec. pauses. Killer tech!!!

Jig-n-pig. Hop and drag it slowly around shallow logs and weeds.
Anything. I dragged a ripped rag with a weight and a hook and still got bit where I fish. They dont care.

6" lizard or Slugo style twitch bait. Unweighted offset hook rigged Texas style. You can work them top to bottom in the pre-spawn shallows. I really like them over lily pad beds that are emerging from the bottom, but not up to the surface yet.
