    Default Real Nice Delta Stripers I Caught / Photos....tra

    I hooked these 2 nice Delta Stipers of the bank in the dark with full moon in 2010 season, just found my lost sd card with the photos so I can finally post & share, Both Stripers where around 26" long 18-19 pounders, I was useing an ole uncle Henry rattle trap lure. Hmmmhmmmgooood tasting! Can't wait to striper fish agian, so much fun reel them in!.......tra

    Nice fish. I've caught lots of things on the Rat-L-Traps. I even have a floating version.

    Weight sounds heavy for the length tho' .............

    I got one outta the ocean that length, weighed by DFG biologist an hour later and it came in at 7#'s IMG_0952.jpg

    I thought the weight sounded really heavy for the length. I've caught plenty of 20" to 32" stripers out of the slews on Grizzly Island and have never had one above 15 lbs. Still great fish though, congrats. Did you actually weigh them?
