Default Why clear the "Whats New" section daily?

I have noticed that over the past three days the "Whats New" section of the forum has been cleared daily and was wondering why? In the past it was cleared maybe once a week allowing me to go to that section when I log in and at times gives me the opportunity to read threads I may not normaly go to. Whats up?

Twice in two days? I can understand once a week or if there is alot of action on the forum. Sometimes there is up to 3 pages of threads listed but over the past weekend it seemed to get cleared daily with only a few posts.
    Have fun out there.

We don't clear the "What's New" threads, that is done by a cookie that is set on your computer each time you visit the forum. Sounds like something got changed on your computer. To reset everything, clear the cookie for JHO and then log off the forum and close your browser. Then open your browser and log back in. If you have antivirus running you need to set it to let it accept a cooking from Jesse's Hunting.

Sorry Jesse but you are talking to a carpenter and when you talk about cookies I just get hungry, you may as well be speaking in some foreign language. It seems to be working fine now and I only had this problem over the past weekend. Thanks for trying to clear this up for me.

If you ever want to know how to do something with your computer or browser just type your question into Google search page and you'll get plenty of results and most will be helpful. Just type in "How to clear cookies with Internet Explorer 9" for example and it will give you a step by step way to do it.
