Trying to decide if its worth going back up into the B Zone to try and get something the last couple weekends of the season with my bow. Anyone have any suggestions or someone thats done it? They will be solo trips, and I am confident in my abilities of being in the woods alone but will also be at the disadvantage to my gun carrying brothers. The area I am heading to is the west side of the yolla bolly middle eel wilderness area. Suggestions?
I have yet to kill one by sitting on the couch. go.

I was in the Yolla Bolly last weekend with my bow. A buddy of mine and myself backpacked in for the weekend and saw nothing but does. Tons of people road hunting up there right now so the more remote you can go the better.
Some of my uncles took two bucks last week one 3x3 and one 2x2 I couldn't make the trip they live in san Jose so is not as bad I live in los Angeles so is a drive for me I went opening week and saw only does they also saw 3 bears but they don't have bear tags I'm the only one that has a bear tag but looking towards going the last week of the season so good look.
Like others of said, you can't kill em from the couch, but I think you'd be at a bit of a disadvantage with a bow right now. The deer are obviously hard horned now and have had almost two months of hunting pressure, finding a buck in the open that will present a decent chance of a stalk will be difficult. Definitely not impossible.
Personally if I had free time I'd still go, the more time spent a field will give you a much better idea of what the deer do and when they do it.
For example last year we went to an area of the YB towards the end of rifle season and saw 3 does after hiking in 6-7 miles, obviously a terrible hunt, but what we did notice was a lot of old sign. Came back to the same area for the opening of archery this year, even though we couldn't seal the deal, my friend and I made two good stalks on two respectable bucks. We also saw 7 legal bucks and about 25 does over two days in the same area. Timing is everything.
