    Well I guess the additional fees is better than denying 3 and 4 generation welfare recipients their due. After all, after a few generations of welfare they are genetically entitled to your money.
    Hunting and fishing are not matters of life or death. They are much more important than that.

    yes and the two years of unemployment benefits, when that runs out they can always make a bogus SSI claim and get a check for life.

    Our state is charging for parking wildlife areas now. They did have enough brains to even not bother licensed hunter=/fishermen with the fee.
    Judge Gideon J. Tucker, wrote in a 1866 ruling that "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session."
