Default Miscellaneous wild trout from the last few trips...

Here's some fish porn from my last few trips. I've caught a lot of fish this summer, but these ar some of the more note worthy. All wild fish from local socal streams:

All fish were caught with my hand tied dry flies and home wrapped 6 foot 5wt.

Yeah, they sure are. The second one from the bottom was 17 inches and hefty too. Only one stream around here where I have found those football shaped silver sides. They fight HARD too.

I know this is old but, Thanks for taking the pics the way you did! I'm almost positive I am fishing some of the same spots and rarely see a person.

No problem. These small streams can't handle the same pressure a larger lake can.
What the hell you lookin' down here for?

No doubt. If I see hikers or hunters while I'm fishing I will usually seek cover and make sure I'm not spotted. The game warden usually sees me and knows my brother, dad, and I go back in some of these places. They are patrolled a lot harder then the well known areas. May go in there in a week or two weather permitting.

Where do I send my 9.99 for the first three minutes?!! LOL!!! Thanks for the fish porn!
    Mix the following........
one fairly well trained German Shorthair (aka Hallie the Hunter),
+ one hunter who misses 60% oh ok 70% of the shots (aka me),
+ one daughter who laughs hysterically at said hunter 70% of the time,
+ one new Britt pup to keep us on our toes.....

= one hell uva a GREAT time! Wouldn't trade it for anything!
