    Default Lake Perris

Had two awesome days out at lake perris this past week. Caught 19 Bluegill/Red Ear day one off of the boat, and 12 Bluegill/Red Ear day two off the shore. Tons of fun with crickets and an ultralight.

I used to fish off the docks at Perris for bluegill. We would catch some huge dinner plate size fish. I havn't been there in 15 years, are there still big ones in there and did you get any?

I have had a lot of luck of the shore in lots ten and eleven mostly near the reeds. There are still some huge gills and such and apparently the bass fishing has taken off in the last two weeks or so. A lot of people have been catching ten and eleven inch gills. none of mine were that big but they were all good eating size.
