    Default Crowley Lake Question

Hey Guys, my friends and I are going up Sat. to the Sierras for a few days and will mainly be fishing Crowley and the June loop. We always like to fish Green Banks, my question is can I make it through the gate turnaround at the third cattle crossing off Benton Crossing Road with a Dodge quad cab with an 8 foot bed? I know I always have to shimmy my way back and forth just to get my Chevy xtracab around the gate. Their are four of us and we just want to take one vehicle. Also, anybody been up there fishing lately? Any reports would be appreciated. We are all tubers. Thanks, HUNTNFOOL13

I was up there two weeks ago and it snowed. My buddies from SPFF were up last weekend and it snowed. Be ready for anything. Hit the inlet just to the right of Crowley harbor. just on the other side of the tires. Drop a coronamid it about 6ft....G luk

Thanks for the advice KRAD. Both the weather and the fishing is always unpredictable this time of year. Just glad to be getting out of town and in the mountains. HUNTNFOOL13
