    Default Got a new safe

Finally broke down and got a quality safe. It's fire rated at 1300 degrees for 1 hour, has 1 1/2" bolts on the door. The guys warranty is a limited lifetime against fire or break in, if items inside are damaged he will repair or replace the safe for free.

It's a 28 gun safe, actually found it on Ebay. $900 Shipped to my door in less then a week.

What ya think? Took the pics with my phone so they're not the best.

Don't know much about pioneer. I own a browning safe that weights 1300 lb empty. Looks like it should work.

Thats a DEAL Mel. Ive been looking at Safe's for a while and my friend you came up. Ive got one of those Stack-on gun lockers bolted to the wall and floor. You could break into it with a crow bar, but help little hands from getting into trouble. My uncle is gonna get me a safe for my wedding gift. So Im waiting for Oct, then Im gonna put the safe in my garage bolted to the concrete.

    Again very nice safe.

Jerry, Pioneer is this guys own business so that's why you haven't heard of them. I was just looking to get a fairly good safe that someone couldn't just pick up and take away, and one that wasn't going to break the bank. I was looking at the Browning down at the sporting store, it wasn't badly priced but they didn't have the color I was looking for.

My wife won't let mine see the inside of our house. Too bad, it would look good with the tropical colors in the living room .
My wife says if I go hunting one more time she's gonna leave me. Gosh , I'm gonna miss her .....
